Vehicle was rattling/shaking. taken to dealer who replaced fuel injection system. also, fuel sensor switch and ignition switch had to be replaced in december, 2000. *ak

We were traveling northbound on i95 near the vicinity of edgewater, fl to st augustine, fl, when an 18-wheeler truck_x0012_s tire debris hit underneath my vehicle. after the impact, i immediately opened the driver and passenger side of our car and a heavy burning smell invaded the interior of my vehicle. i stopped the car and my daughter and i checked around our vehicle and my fully-filled gasoline tank was leaking. i called 911 and left the perimeter of the vehicle for safety until the police and the fire dep_x0012_t arrived. if i had not opened my windows this leak would have ignited with the hot exhaust pipe and my daughter and i could have burned and our car.*ak

Vehicle experiencing problem with fuel injectors failure; replacemnet made twice within six month and emission contact senor burnt out. dealer/mfr's notified. please provide any further details:

Fuel injection-vehicle would not start fuel instead came from engine onto blacktop driveway,causing damage to blacktop- standard transmission-oil seal leaking. *ak

Prior to recall 00v349, vehicle crashed twice, rolling out of consumers driveway, after recall was announced, incident happened on two more occasions. *slc

Ford admits there is a problem but can't fix it, says its a characteristic. didn't want to buy a characteristic. notified settlement board and they say it is a liabilities/legal issue. car is a safety hazard. no safety defec tlisted within summary. *ak

There is gas coming from the gas tank, and the consumer can smell when driving and getting into the vehicle. consumer noticed that the clamps weren't sealed on tightly. *ak
