Ford still does not have a solution to my airbag recall and it has been a year from being notified.

I had a passenger in the rear passenger side seat that could not open the door to get out. i had to go to the outside door handle to open the door. on inspection it appears the interior rear door handle has started to crack at the pivot point(spring return attachment point). the break causes interference with the rear door handle bezel and limits travel of door handle (door won't open). it appears the same thing is starting to happen on the other rear door. car only has 85000 miles. it appears to be a design/manufacturing defect. i will be going to ford to get a replacement which i hope has had a design change to fix this. the rear doors had been used very little so its not a usage issue. this is a real safety concern for rear passengers. *tr

06 ford fusion. i have been having a cracking sound in the front right suspension, took it in to ford to get tires done, they found that my front subframe welds have cracked and it would cost 1500 to fix with a used part, the complaint is , when i came home and researched this issue, i have found tons and tons of complaint with this same issue, it appears to be a failure of ford to have a correct weld placed in this area, i believe we need to have this investigated and looked at, the subframe weld that has broke is where the front lower control arm hatches to the frame, with this busted and poorly welded we are looking at suspension coming apart and creating an accident and deaths i am asking for a recall to be made. *tr

Tl* the contact owns a 2006 ford fusion. the contact stated the air conditioning unit failed. the dealer diagnosed the vehicle and determined that the a/c was not receiving a connection from the panel box. the failure mileage was 78,000.

Bought a used 2006 fusion 6 months ago, and the smart junction box (sjb) apparently shorted out. it happened right after it rained, and was acting up a couple months ago after heavy rain as well, leading me to believe that there is moisture getting to it somehow. replacement would cost over 600$ and if there was moisture getting to the original one, how long will the new one take to have the same thing happen, another 4 years? *tr

Tl*the contact owns a 2006 ford fusion. in june of 2008, the vehicle jumped forward when the air conditioner was activated. in addition, the rpm's rapidly increased. the failure occurred approximately four times. the vehicle was taken to the dealer, but they were unable to determine the cause of the failure. the vehicle was taken to an automotive garage; however, they were unable to locate the cause of the failure as well. the failure mileage was 24,000 and current mileage was 28,000.

My windshield had serious distortions throughout the entire glass. varying degress of magnification caused eye strain and headaches. it was dangerous driving the vehicle in this condition and not a pleasant experience. my dealership replaced the windshield only to have the new one be even worse. the new windshield is so bad it's as though i'm looking through a wet windshield that has not been wiped. the dealership has acknowledged the replacement is bad and that it might be indicative of a larger problem. they plan on contacting ford. i've had the car for only one week at the time of typing this. *nm
