Takata recall campaign number 19s01. in response to recall-vehilce was repaired by hammonahasset ford, madison, ct. on the way back home after picking up the vehicle from the recall the air bag light illuminated. also noticed that glove box was not aligned correctly and the dashboard compartment was not aligned as well. the dashboard was also not re-installed correctly .a second appointment was made and the service department advised that the vehicle was reporting code b0028. i was advised that i needed to pay a $200 fee to have the compute checked to determine the issue. the dealer was advised that there was no issue with the airbag light when the vehicle was brought in for the recall and they denied to correct the situation claiming that the code was not associated with the airbag recall. i researched the code and it came back to a faulty passenger airbag or wiring issue. a complaint was also filed with ford with no return response. it appears that this is not just a coincidence as the error code is related to the passenger srs. now no one can sit safely in the right front and right rear passenger ...

Takata recall - when i enter my vin into your system, 0 recalls are shown. this is not correct. i have a letter from ford for ***urgent airbag safety recall*** - safety recall notice 19s01/nhtsa recall 19v-001. i check your site often, and found it unfortunate and disturbing to still see 0 recalls even though my car does have a recall for the passenger airbag. i have also reported a very common power steering failure in this same car. you continue to have an open investigation since november 2017, which also suprised me to see an investigation left open for so long. this is the second investigation for the same issue on this car... if there is finally a recall for the power steering, like there is been for the same steering rack part on other model years, will it show up on your website, or will it also be hidden from your recall notices like my airbag recall notice? why isn't my airbag recall listed on your website recalls when i enter my vin?
