Tl* the contact owns a 2017 ford focus. the contact stated that while driving at 35 mph, a vehicle had blown through a red light and collided directly with the front passenger side of his vehicle. the contact stated that his air bags did not deploy upon impact. the contact had sustained several injuries including severe whiplash due to hitting his head on the driver side window. he also sustained pain to his neck and suffered several cuts and bruises to his face, neck and hand. the contact was taken to the hospital by his father where he was diagnosed and treated for his injuries. the other driver did not sustain any injuries as a result of the accident. a police report was filed [xxx]. the vehicle was towed to an independent body shop where it remained under investigation. the manufacturer was notified of the failure and informed the contact that the vehicle would have to be towed to a local dealer for an investigator to look into the accident. the failure mileage was approximately 25,600. *ln*jb*js *tr
I was involved in an accident and was injured on feb. 1, 2020. i was driving on straight away when and an suv turned in front of my vehicle at high speed. my ford focus struck the suv driver side door and my ford focus right side bumper got stuck under the suv driver side door. my airbags in my ford focus did not deploy, but the suv airbags did deploy.

Husband was driving approx. 35 mph with his mother in the passenger seat down a country road. driver side and passenger side airbags deployed with no accident. passenger side airbag or cover broke windshield. husband hit brakes.

On december 12th, 2019, i was involved in a three-car fender bender on fairfax county parkway in virginia. i was traveling in slow-moving traffic at 7:20am, close to reston hospital, when the two cars in front of me slammed on their brakes unexpectedly and i unfortunately could not brake in time to avoid hitting the car in front of me. the car directly in front of me was a toyota suv and had a tow-bar, which took most of the impact of the crash and caused damage to my vehicle. aside from some minor scratches, both of the other cars involved in the accident were fine and the two drivers were able to continue on their ways to work. my car, on the other hand has been declared a total loss by my insurance company as it immediately burst into flames upon impact. as i mentioned above, the traffic was slow-moving so we were not traveling at more than 25-30mph at any time on that stretch as we navigated the traffic. this should have been a very low-impact and minor incident; however, for some unknown and unexplainable reason, the ford focus was on fire before i even knew that i ...
Tl* the contact owned a 2016 ford focus. the contact stated that the vehicle was involved in a head on crash and only the air bag underneath the steering wheel deployed. the contact felt that the air bag partially deployed as to there was a powder substance and an unusual odor from the air bag. the sensor indicated that the air bags were on and active before the crash. the contact's vehicle was traveling only 5 mph, but the other vehicle was traveling 30 mph. all the air bags in the other vehicle deployed even those in the back seat. the contact sustained a neck strain and bruises from the seat belt restraint. medical attention was not received. the entire engine dropped down after the crash and debris was thrown across the street. a police report was filed. the vehicle was destroyed and towed to a junk yard. the dealer and manufacturer were not contacted. the cause of the failure was not determined. the failure mileage was 101,800. the vin was invalid.
This was a recall already that is hazardous to all drivers on the road includong the driver. the car will stall,studder,and give no power when pulling off. i cant understand how something so dangerous that also cost me my life would have a limited warranty on a saftey recall. this should be a lifetime warranty on this. because they caim to fix the issue but if it continues to break down after 2 months 3 months. why is their a limited time frame on safety recall and the saftey of drivers and the owner.this has caused accident to others. because when a recall is done. you believe the issue is fixed. it should continue to have the same problem. then the limited warranty is up. now you're stuck with a safety hazardous car that is dangerous to put on the road. please help. i did stall on the road i had to get the car towed. i was stalled due to this recall. now it's happening about. drivers safety shouldnt have a limit this other incident occurred due to their warranty not holding up with keeping the roads safe. the same safety ...
