Takata recall since july 2016 when i first received my recall notice from ford, i have been put off by larson ford in lakewood, nj re: the replacement of my takata airbags. i am so sick of the "delay" excuse and wonder everyday if my life is in danger because of ford's refusal to honor the recall. on one visit when i asked my representative at ford about the recall, her replied they didn't have any and another worker said " i just had one installed". my rep replied that was a "different" kind. what is going on??? yes, i am a senior and female so we all know how ford puts off and takes advantage of this population, but you are talking life threatening here. my last request was on october 30, 2017 and i was informed that living in jackson, nj put my vehicle on the least priority list. that was a lie as according to the takata website i am in zone b. why is ford not honoring this recall after 15 months of effort on my part? why is the state of nj allowing this amount of time? pursue takata! 15 months of not retrieving this replacement is inexcusable. for the record, my vehicle has never been serviced by anyone other than larson and freehold ford in nj. freehold only in the first year of ownership. *cn

We got a safety recall notice 16s26 recall 16v-384 since july 2016 and till now they never repair our car , every time we call them they keep saying they don't have the parts yet and they will email us when they have it and till today date they never did anything. since that date we never use the front seat so we can't utilize the full capacity of our car. this is very disappointing and inconvenient for us , besides we don't feel safe while driving our car, we are asking ford for immediate repair and compensation for all the suffering of this recall issue
I received my recall notice in july of 2016 and there are still no parts available. i am very concerned about this airbag severely injuring someone in my vehicle. is there anything that the ntsb can do to speed up this process.
Takata recall -i received a recall notice from ford in july 2016. i have checked with the local ford dealer 3 or 4 time, and most recently this morning. the dealer tell me they do not have the parts. my family is riding in a vehicle that has parts that may cause injury or death!! it doesn't make sense that parts are still not available nearly18 months after the recall notice.

Takata recall. over seventeen months ago, i received information that there was a safety recall on my passenger frontal airbag. because there is no remedy for the problem, i continue driving my car with passengers every single day with an airbag that has a ruptured inflator resulting in metal fragments striking my vehicle occupants that can cause serious injury or death if i am involved in an accident. being that there is no remedy for the problem, i have to continue driving in the danger of a possible death of my passenger due to faulty airbags.

The airbag from the passenger side has been on recall since june 2016 and up til this very day there has been no remedy for this problem what happens if my family and i were to get into an accident and instead of the airbag protecting the front the front passenger deploys it just explodes. there has been no updated information.
