Tanaka recall - i was provided notice in july 2016 that my passenger front airbags were on recall and that they would let me know when parts are/were available. i have called regularly and stopped by the dealerships regularly and have been told parts are still not available. this was nearly 2 years ago - they told me i can not have a passenger in front of car. this has prevented me from being in a carpool at school and has been a major inconvenience. i received yet another noticed in december 2017 that parts are still not available. forgive me, but shouldn't i have full use of my vehnicle? so frustrated! i hope someone reads this!

Takata recall. i just contacted my local ford dealer about the takata recall on my car. this recall notice has been in my possession for at least 4-5 months now and in talking to the dealer, the repair for this problem will not be available until at least "the first of next year". i question the timeliness of this repair. i understand that parts have to be made, but i have had the notice for several months and the time quote to get it repaired in at least 6 more months out. until then, i and my wife are driving an "unsafe" vehicle. what gives???? just wondering......
