I received from a letter from chrysler "chrysler has decided that a defect, which relates to motor vehicle safety, exists in some 2001 & 2002 model year dodge ram van. the problem: the ignition/park interlock system on your vehicle my become inoperative....chrysler will repair your vehicle free of charge parts &labor..." i visited la brea chrysler jeep, la, ca 90036 places and requested that fix it but they told me we do not have a part (several times:from march to until today.) what should i do to fix my car? *tr
