Airbag light is on and stay on while driving and my mileage on my car is 68754
I was driving down the road and all of a sudden the driver airbag light came on, it would then shut off and then ding and turn back on, it did this for several miles before it just stayed on. another incident that has happened several times is that all the dash indicator lights come on while i'm driving, it puts my car in limp mode, i then have to pull over, shut the car off and then restart it for it to be ok again. this is a real safety concern as well, i could crash and get in a serious accident and i typically have my young kids with me. i searched my vin to see if the recalls have been done and from what i can see they have, so i don't know if this is a reoccurring electrical issue or if this is something new.
The airbag light continues to come on while driving or once the car is started. it will stay on for a few days and then go off. when it comes on while the car is driving it will ding and stay on for days. the air conditioner/ heater jumps on and off while driving. it will be off and automatically jump on. i will turn it off and then it will jump on again. these issues were "fixed" by a dodge dealership in may and are still reoccurring.
I was driving last night up a two lane street and all of a sudden my airbags deploy. i noticed my airbag light came on a few days ago but it turned back off yesterday. when the airbags deployed my car shifted causing it to hit the curb a little. i was able to shift the car to the right and park it but the entire car shut off. i need my car fixed and dont know how to do this.

While cleaning my vehicle in my drive way i noticed a compartment under my steering wheel showing. i then took it too a dodge dealership for a recall that i received in the mail and i also asked about the cloth like material showing under my steering wheel. the young man notified me that it was the airbag coming out from under the steering wheel as well as a sensor/electrical problem. i am a new mom to be and having a newborn in this vehicle is unexceptionable. this vehicle is only a few years old with so many recalls. im so disappointed
Was in an accident. went off the side of the road, though a yard and over an embankment resting against a tree. front end damage, and damage to both sides of the vehicle. no airbags deployed. vehicle was traveling at approximately 58-60 mph at the time of the crash. this was on a state rural route.
This vehicle was involved in a one vehicle crash. the vehicle struck a utility pole at 28mph. the impact was in the center front. the car has been downloaded using bosch data retrieval software. i am a crash reconstruction trooper with the ohio state highway patrol. all data in the download would normally indicate that the airbags and seat belts would have activated. the concern is as to why none of the safety restraint system seems to have worked. please contact me for additional information.*dt *tr *dt*jb
There was a recall on the airbags & airbag module.. they supposedly replaced.. the electrical wire is now messed up bc the airbag light keeps coming on & off, the drivers side front door control lock to lock the car will not work, now engine light comes on & off and the transmission was replaced, all new components, driving the car on jan 4th 2020 & the engine just stops on me at traffic light.. this car has had nothing but problems after problems from the 1st day i bought it from the sales agent that lied to me about everything.. there are recalls on my car that still never got replaced.. i am the new owner of this 2009 dodge journey sxt on (2/16/2018).. i was told i'm the 2nd owner, i am the 4th owner and was lied about if this car was in a accident.. it was in a accident to do with the transmission stopping and the ppl that had this car b4 me the report says it was side swiped passenger side on (10/18/2017).. found out more about the car i bought was in a major flood so someone didn't ...
