Tl* the contact owns a 2012 doge charger. after the contact parked the vehicle in the driveway, it began to roll away as the contact exited the vehicle. the contact engaged the emergency brake to stop the vehicle. additionally, while shoveling snow, the vehicle moved backwards while the gear shifter was in park. the contact jumped in the vehicle and depressed the brake pedal. there were no warning indicators illuminated. the local dealer and manufacturer were not contacted. the vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. the failure mileage was 109,919.
Fuse 26 in secondary pdc in truck for power to tcm (transmission) module blown. vehicle would not shut off completely due to shifter physically in park, but software indicating still in drive. could not open truck with either fob button or truck button on dash to check fuses or disconnect battery. no exterior key hole to open trunk manually. this is a safety issue if car catches fire.
Between 30-60 mph, awd transfer case actuator kept disengaging/engaging while driving. slight jarring of car occurred when action happened. it was taken to a dodge dealership in nov 2019 and a software upgrade was performed which seems to have resolved the issue. i had to pay ~$68 for this service. google/web discussions show this is a broad issue among the dodge charger awd, and should probably be considered a company-covered recall/repair rather than a charge borne by car owner.
Tl* the contact owns a 2015 dodge charger. the contact stated that the service shifter warning light was illuminated. in addition, the gear shifter failed to engage into drive however, worked as designed after several attempts. the vehicle was taken to (benchmark chrysler dodge jeep ram benchmark chrysler dodge jeep ram (205) 957-1313) but was not diagnosed nor repaired. the manufacturer was contacted and informed of the failure. the failure mileage was 96, 000.the vin was not available.

Had the air bag recall fixed but yet the air bag light still comes on all the time and and out of no where my car fills like the transmission is bout to go out it jerks when you press on the gas country roads and when stop it idles like it's trying to stall out
When driving my vehicle their is a knocking noise in my front right wheel, almost sounds as if some bolts are loose. also when pulling in to back up, when i turn my steering wheel a certain way their is a funny clicking sound in the steering wheel, and funny sound in the brake when i am backing my car into my drive way. i believe that this may be an issue with a recall that hasn't been looked into.
When i first purchased the vehicle it had a tick i asked the dealership what was that they told me it was a (hemi tick) that all chargers had that sound so i drove it to around 100, 000 miles and while driving down the road it begin to make this loud noise sounding like a truck . i took it to the shop and they told me my number 3 plug or whatever it's called was misfiring took it to crown dodge and they told me that it was going to cost me 8,599 to fix this probkem that i always had. now i took it to another dealership and they told me before looking at it what was wrong come to find out i have the same vehicle as every sheriff in our town and he has fixed everyone of their vehicles with the exact same problem this sounds like a problem that is going on with a lot of these chargers and this is just weird to me it's no coincidence that i have talked to at least 20 other people with the same car as mine with the same issue. i want to know what can ...
Turning onto on-ramp of a highway i was moving about 20 miles an hour when the engine died and i lost power steering. additionally, i felt a very tough transmission shift 2-3 seconds before i lost power steering and when the engine died. the car took multiple attempts to turn over. a very loud whirring noise began in the engine/transmission area and is yet to stop.
Front passenger window will stop when by its self when closing or using automatic closing. happens when vehicle is parked or in motion. differential bearings have been wearing down quickly.
