Air bag illuminates intermittently. this is a clear indicator of a break in the circuit. the fact it comes off and on leads me to believe it is a connection somewhere being jarred. the issue simulates the issues already addressed in another recall. however, the year model falls out of the range by one year as previously cited year models. i feel this needs to be investigated and addressed to extend the recall to other year models of the challenger make. vehicle is in motion and the airbag light illuminates intermittently when traveling. this has been an ongoing issue and has been an issue since owning the car. a previous report has gone un-investigated.
I brought my car 8 months ago and the delalership never told me about any of the four recalls i never received any papers in the mail concerning the recalls and that puts me and my children at risk everyday it's a scary feeling i also hit a tree that was in the middle of the street my steering g wheel was hard to control and my breaks as well

On april 24th, 2019, i was involved in a car accident that caused significant damage to the front end of my car. the entire front end is damaged. due to the impact on the car, the airbags were supposed to deploy, yet they did not. as i was entering the center lane a car plows into the left front side of my car tearing the vehicle from left to right.
On april 6, 2019, while i was driving, my airbag light came on and stayed solid red, then it would go off and on with chiming sound. because my 2011 challenger is not in recall, dealer will charge unwarranted cost.
Takata recall. my airbag light randomly turns on and off. at times while driving, the light flashes on and off and it continuously beeps. its nerve wrecking while i'm driving on local roads and even more when friving on the highway; has me very concerned. it started march 23rd and since then, its been doing it randomly.
Tl* takata recall. the contact owns a 2012 dodge challenger. the contact stated that there was no failure until the vehicle was serviced for nhtsa campaign number: 14v634000 (air bags). within one week of ed voyles chrysler dodge jeep ram (789 cobb pkwy se, marietta, ga 30060, (844) 715-5921) servicing the vehicle, the repair failed. the dealer refused to assist, indicating that the contact would need to have the vehicle diagnosed and repaired. in addition, the air bag indicator flashed and then remained illuminated. the vehicle was not repaired. the manufacturer was contacted and did not assist. the failure mileage was not available.
Tl* the contact owned a 2013 dodge challenger. while driving 45 mph to approach an intersection, another vehicle ran a stop sign and crashed into the front of the contact's vehicle. none of the air bags deployed and the vehicle was damaged extensively. the driver sustained bruising from the seat belt restraint, as well as head, neck, back, and bodily pains. the contact was transported via ambulance to receive medical attention. a police report was filed. five star chrysler dodge jeep ram of warner robins (2817 watson blvd, warner robins, ga 31088, (478) 387-2017) was notified of the failure. the vehicle was destroyed and towed to a facility. the contact was waiting on the manufacturer and insurance company to determine if they would inspect the vehicle. the manufacturer issued nhtsa campaign numbers: 19v018000 (air bags) and 18v021000 (air bags). the contact was uncertain if the failure was related to the recall campaigns. the manufacturer was notified of the failure and stated that they would send someone to investigate the crash in two days. the approximate failure mileage was 104,000.
