Since a dealer did a complete brake job on my 2006 dodge caravan, the parking brake won't release sometimes. it always happens after the vehicle sits with the parking brake on and it rains. the dealer said it's due to the type of material the brake shoes are made of, (oem parts too) so don't use the parking brake when it rains?! *tr
