2005 chrysler pacifica touring has rusted engine cradle. for some reason this car is not covered for the recall but it clearly is affected by what ever the manufacturer failed to complete on car to ensure it would remain safe. i have a big whole and motor could fall out. i need help on trying to get expensive item paid for. the suspension is horrible all issues just not a good car at all.

This is the second 2005 pacific that the rocker under the car is cracked and rusted away. i tookbthe car into monroe on jonestown rd harrisburg pa and they explained to me that it is so rusted that the motor will fall out and they wouldn't even do an oil change for me because they didn't want to damage it any farther.
I was driving in my 2018 chrysler pacifica on a rural street when it suddenly felt like the front passanger side tire had blown out. the car was difficult to control & and pulled to the right, pushing up against the curb. the car started to smoke and would not turn off. concerned it was going to go on fire, my daughter & i ran out. when we were out of the car i saw that the front axle connecting the tire had come completely disconnected and dropped to the street while driving. i called 911 for help. the firemen arrived first. the car was still revving & smoking but they were unable to shut it manually so they had to lift the hood & cut the wires. the police arrived & investigated the area. they showed me the gauge mark from where the tire axle dropped in the middle of street which was behind where the car stopped against the curb. there were zero interferences in the area (pothole, debris, signs, railguards etc.). it was a smooth street with a low, gradual curb. the officer told me that it was not my fault & due to a mechanical ...

I have taken this vehicle in for repairs multiple times and it is schedule for repairs again this week. there have been multiple electrical issues including problems with the sliding doors, anti lock brake system had to be replaced, the battery system is grounding out, issues with the radio screen, and now the auto on off system is not working. in addition, i had to take the vehicle in for the ball joints bolts coming loose three time and they just used loctite to make them say on . they never realigned the vehicle and now i have to replace tires that are unsafe. chrysler should own this and i am still convinced the ball joints could be damaged from this issue and they should replace them. however, the biggest issue is the transmission. it will be going in for the fifth time this week for the same issue that the dealer keep claiming is how i drive it. when taking off from a dead stop the transmission hesitates, which is a serious safety issue. also, when driving and you let off the accelerator to brake it will ...
