Rear glass of softop has come loose from material. this is a dangerous issue since the car able to be driven safely. 2005 cars of same make and model has had an extended warrantee provide to it, with many owners receiving full replacement of soft top at no cost to them. this happended while the car was stationary, sitting in my garage, in jacksonville fl. i am the original owner of this car and this car was delivered in what 'chrysler' has deeemed to be 'hot weather states' (fl) from their 2005 replacements of the same exact issue.

Tl* the contact owns a 2007 chrysler crossfire convertible. while driving approximately 50 mph, the contact felt a breeze and noticed that the rear window had disengaged from the frame of the vehicle. the dealer diagnosed that the roof needed to be replaced. the vehicle was not repaired. the manufacturer was not notified. the approximate failure mileage was 55,000.

I'd like to report the back window starting to become unglued from the convertible top! i have read many reports about this happening to the 2005's and 2007's. it doesn't seem to be covered and there has been no recall. something should be done! this is an expensive thing to fix at the dealer, replacing the whole top!!*jb
