Recently reported VISIBILITY/WIPER problems on 1999 Chrysler Concorde

The molding between the hood and the windshield flew off as i was driving in the freeway. i was driving like i normally do ( approx. 65mph), when fwy is clear of cars; this is not reason enough for this car part to fly off. luckily, fwy was clear, if not, i could of had an accident since it affected my visibility while driving. once i replace this, i wonder if next time... will i have an accident? how to ask they install it so it doesn't fly off? dealer says they must install it per manufacturer requirements but the normal way it comes from manufacturer doesn't work cause it eventually flies off. i noticed there are countless complaints regarding same issue with nhtsa. how many complaints are necessary for it to be recalled? *tr
