My 2013 chevy tahoe ltz front tires are cupping on the outter edges and appear worn out. i took it to two different shops and had the vehicle aligned, balanced, and tires rotated. they were unable to diagnose the problem but highly recommended that the struts be replaced even if they are not leaking. i provided the dealership where i purchased the vehicle with original receipts to prove that i had took the truck in to two other shops previously. i also purchased a service warranty plan when i purchased the vehicle and although this repair is included, they refuse to fix the problem.
Excessive rusting and corrosion of frame.
The entire frame and all supporting bolts of the vehicle is rusting and rotting.
During pursuit training a 2013 tahoe suffered a catastrophic failure of the wheel suspension assembly. this is the third identical incident in the past month. the other two vehicles were 2014 police pursuit tahoes. in all instances the front wheel assembly failed during a turn. the race or inner dust cover for the wheel bearing assembly separated. this resulted in the bearings coming loose, and the wheel subsequently folding under. in two instances the vehicle was in danger of a rollover situation. this occurred during emergency vehicle training at a regional academy and the vehicles belonged to two different police agencies. the two prior incidents involved vehicles with under 5000 miles. *tr
