There was a recall on the brake pressure when vehicle was moving slow. i had the recall corrected/completed; however, it still has the problem. so their solution isn't fixing the problem. when you are driving at a slower speed and apply the brakes it feels like the go out and the vehicle doesn't stop. you have to press brakes really hard.
Brake assist is on and hard to stop my truck

There has been loss of power braking at low speeds. the brake pedal has a vibrating feel as it is pressed. the pedal will go down all the way to the floor with very little braking power. i took my truck in for the recall work for the same issue which had no effect. i had a prior problem with a fuel injector going out with less than 50,000 miles on the truck. this caused loss of power in situations where power is needed such as merging on to a freeway. this is a very dangerous situation where someone could be killed. chevrolet says the fuel injector is not part on the engine even through the maniford had to be removed to replace it. the part was not replace under under warranty. this part should not be failing under any circumstance.
Truck has issues stopping at slow speeds. extreme pedal pressure is required to stop the vehicle. when towing, and attempting to back up a trailer, the pressure required on the pedal makes maneuvering extremely difficult to control and unsafe. brakes are a vital piece of equipment, and are needed to safely operate a vehicle in today's driving environments. i had this looked at by a dealer's service department. they informed me of a recall and said they "adjusted the sensor", but that has not corrected the issue.

Poor braking performance at low speed. vehicle continues to travel a short distance after brakes are fully depressed. caused minor collision when backing out of a parking space. brakes have been inspected by dealership on multiple occasions and been deemed to be operating properly. symptoms are most noticeable when applying brakes repeatedly; e.g. stop and go traffic or making a multiple point turn.
Unexpected and intermittent loss of power brakes. evident at slow speed (when backing). first application is normal, second brake application is power assist is reduced by half, third brake application has no power brake assist. safety hazard when backing as unexpected loss of assist can damage equipment and cause injury.
