Service eas warning light comes on. then the rear brake lights stay on. the service power steering warning light comes on & the car is very hard to control & nearly impossible to steer. this is extremely dangerous & unsafe.
The esc turns off pretty much every time i drive the car. last monday the check engine light came on when the transmission was slipping m. the the transmission would no longer shift and the solenoid is stuck open while driving home from work. prompting the dealership to try and sell me a whole new $5,000 trans. when the car only has 130,000 miles on it. the transmission has been running slow on acceleration but has never been stuck in first gear leaving me left on the side of the road waiting for help to come get me. the headlight burn out like every 6 months resulting in taking off the bumper or paying $200 from the dealership for a $5 bulb. i have no pictures since my car is at the dealership waiting for me to either go get or pay for the transmission.
My low beam lights keep going out repeatedly. it starts with the passenger light then both and after a few days i have no lights. they been going out every 2 months and this is the 4th time i replaced them. no specific time when they go out i just notice it when i turn the lights on. they have not lasted longer than two months.
I have a 2010 chevy malibu and the passenger headlight keeps going out. not burning out, but quits working! i have gone to change the bulb and we realized that it wasn't burnt out. all the other lights on that side work fine. we wiggles some wires and it would work again. a few times we could tap on the headlight assembly and it would come back on. so we put it together again and it worked fine for 2 weeks or so before it went out again.
I have had the same problem for months now. my headlight (both sides at different times) keep going out. i've probably changed my headlights at least 6 times in the past 6 months. i've had the headlight harness changed as well because that burned out. 2 months later the new one burned out!!! i've read so many complaints about the same issue, chevy needs to do something about this. i'm so sick of buying headlights, harnesses, and paying for service!! its not like you just pop the headlight in on this stupid car.
When driving my vehical all of a sudden the lower stearing went out and all these warning lights come on. it's super hard to steer i have 3 kids that ride in this car everyday and it's very dangerous. also my headlight drivers side has gone out 4 times in the past 6 months and its very expensive to fix!
With in the last 10 to 12 months i've had 5 headlights burn out. one the module had melted. the current light out is once again on the passenger side that burnt out january 24, 2020. so far to date it's been 2 on the driver side, 3 on the passenger side.
Passenger side head light went out while driving then came back on a couple of weeks later. two weeks later driver side light went out. two weeks after that both lights went out while driving even highbeams not functional while driving. all lights not functional at the moment.
The passenger side low beam headlight has gone out 3 times in the past 2 years. the fuse was not blown any of the three times.
Esc turns off and on by itself while driving. service power steering light comes on and the wheel is hard to turn i have to kill the car and restart it to get it to start working again. when i press my breaks the car jerks and the esc acvtive light comes on. the passenger side headlight goes in and out by itself i've replaced the bulb but it seems to be a wiring issue.
