The steering wheel broke while pulling out of a parking space. the vehicle was towed to the dealer for repairs. *jb the consumer stated that the steering wheel snapped at the t bar. it was held together with duct tape. the dealer allowed the consumers son to drive home with the broken steering wheel because it was not under warranty. the lock fell out of the driver side door. parking lights and lens leaking. *tc

Re various defects on 2000 chevrolet camaro. *bf when the consumer's son started the vehicle and turned the wheel he noticed that the top part of the steering wheel had separated from the bottom half. the vehicle was repaired under warranty. the lock assembly fell out of the driver's door twice. the park lamps and lens had to be replaced because they were leaking. the mirror on the driver's side malfunctioned. *nm

Consumer noticed that the steering wheel wandered from left to right on its own. also, steering wheel vibrated uncontrollably. consumer took vehicle to the dealer for inspection, and mechanic determined that steering shaft needed replacement. *ak

There is a clunk/rattle/thump coming from the rear end, through the driveshaft. the power window on the passenger side sticks when going down and is slow when going up. the horn has been replaced once for a moisture problem, now is having same problem: also, the horn button on steering wheel doesn't work 100% of the time. next, the owner's manual doesn't advise when the change rear axle fluid. lastly, the power steering pump leaks fluid. the cap was replaced once, then it was adjusted. i still have a problem with power steering fluid spewing from under the cap.
