Tl* takata recall. the contact's mother owns a 2011 cadillac srx. while his mother was driving 35-40 mph through an intersection, another vehicle driving at 40 mph ran a red light and crashed into her vehicle. there was frontal damage to the vehicle. the air bags did not deploy. a police report was filed. the contact's mother was transported to the hospital and sustained a fractured left rib and left collar bone. the other driver sustained bloody nose and a head injury which received medical attention at a hospital. the vehicle was towed away from the scene by aaa where it was then towed to the contact's residence to be investigated. the contact referenced nhtsa campaign number: 11v308000 (air bags). the dealer and manufacturer were not contacted. the cause of the failure was not determined. the failure mileage was approximately 70,000. *tr

I am writing regarding my service airbag light. the light can on about 2 weeks ago. i had it check out by autozone and o'rellies auto storm. i was informed the it was the passenger seat pressure sensor and it have a recall on it. so when i call the cadillac place they tell me that i have no recalls at this time. so how do two places tell me i have a recall but cadillac says i don't. i really need this situation cleared . i drives my elderly parents around and i needs my car to be safe for me as well as for my parents. please help. i'm having to many issues with cadillac. my headlight assembly for my car caused by condense in my passenger side headlight assembly. that's been out for about a year. so yes i'm having a bad time with my car. don't get me wrong i love my car this is why i'm trying to find help as well as answer regarding my vehicle. if you can contact me at [xxx]. i would really really appreciate it. thank you so much have a blessed day information redacted pursuant to the freedom of information act (foia), 5 u.s.c. 552(b)(6).

On 03-01-2019 i was traveling south on dixieland road in rogers, arkansas. as i approached the intersection of persimmon st. i saw that i was about to run a red light. i hit the brakes hard and swerved left to try and avoid hitting an suv. i was unable to avoid the vehicle and the front and right side of the 2011 cadillac srx i was driving hit the suv. i was thrown into the passenger floorboard and none of the takata inflator equipped air bags deployed.

I was involved in an accident, i ran into a vehicle the damage was to the front of the car . the airbags didnt deploy or the sensors of the front of my car did not go off either.

My service air bag and moisture in my right headlight the assembly is out due to the moisture in the headlight assembly. causing me not able to see at night the cost is $1600+ tax. who has that type of money like that. cadillac need to have a recall on that and the seat belt.

Passanger airbag defective. service airbag light comes on. also a knock in front wheels at take off or backing up.

While driving down the street just after exiting the freeway both side and driver airbags deployed and abruptly shut car off impacting my ability to steer and brake. no crash no accident no exterior damage

I was turning south with a green arrow when the second driver ran a red light traveling east and we collided. he was traveling at approximately 40-45 miles per hour and i was traveling at approximately 30 miles an hour. our impact was somewhat of a t-incident with the front end of my car damaged and his car on the driver's side damaged. my air bags did not inflate, even though we believe the impact was at the angle and the required speed of vehicles to inflate them. the air bags in the second driver's car (ford focus) did inflate. *tr
