Well i notice that some time the key works and some time it dont. the seat belt get stuck some time and i just foynd out the car had recalls
Tl*- the contact is a state trooper who called to make the complaint. the contact stated that an occupant was driving a 2002 cadillac deville at 61 mph and vehicle went off the road and hit a concrete culvert. after it struck the concrete culvert the vehicle rolled onto its roof. when the first impact occurred the seat belt worked properly. however, seat belt assembly came to pieces, and the occupant became loose ,bouncing inside the vehicle , dying at the scene of the accident. *ak the right front seat passenger died in the crash. a recall had been performed on the seat belts prior. updated 02/22/07.*jb
My seat belts did not activate when we suffered a rear end collision we purchased new ones, and then was told they only activate when brake pedal is depressed at speeds of over 25 mph. this info. is not in any manual neither cadillac or ford(which i also have)*jb
Seat belts too short to be buckled. only occurs on cadillac, not lincoln, lexus, etc. *ak
There is a design flaw in front seat belt shoulder strap mount, it is at the shoulder of the seat. for a person 5 feet and shorter strap would go across the middle of neck, which could cause major injuries in an accident.*ak consumer is concerned about the safety of his wife when she operates this vehicle. consumer states regardless of the available seat belt adjustments the shoulder strap winds up on her neck. *jg
