I was driving on 1-26 and exit on north meeting st rd. north charleston sc when the power steering went out the car was difficult to steer the power steering line was damaged due to design defect. the ignition switch locked and car could not start. brakes traction system light and engine light stay on car used 2qts of oil a month the air conditioner fan wire smell like it was burning after fan quit working. *tr
Rear passenger electric window dropped into door sitting in driveway,1 week later front passenger window dropped into door. now the drivers window has dropped. thats 3 windows inoperable in month and a half. something is definitely wrong! *tr
I have now replaced 3 window regulators in my 2001 cadillac deville. it is dangerous because the window stays down and i feel unsafe in my car. it is also the dead of winter and had to take my daughter to school with the window in the down position with the temperature outside of 10 degrees in her ski outfit. one regulator is acceptable and maybe a fluke but 3 is unacceptable. blogging on the net have noted several complaints about this issue. gm uses a plastic piece not metal and this is the failure of the part. *tr
Consumer states while changing the right front tire, the jack snapped down and bend the rim. dealer notified. *ak
While in motion, the service lights illuminated. the engine seemed to bog down, lose power and jerk. consumer took vehicle to dealer and was informed a new engine was needed. *jg
