Blow out of tire on interstate 90 in madison at 70 mph. sidewall of tire disintegrated. nearly lost control. tire was a general altimax hp, size 255/60-17 on a 2004 buick renier.. tire had approximately 30000 miles. and had been rotated and balanced.
