On thursday, 7/26/2018, i had parked my car in a restaurant parking lot. i appear to have pulled the vehicle up onto a concrete space divider. when i tried leaving the restaurant, i couldn't back off of the space divider, the car wouldn't move backward, so i tried pulling foreword. when the car came free from the divider, it shot foreword. applying the breaks had no effect. in fact the car appeared to accelerate. i was headed directly toward a concrete building, so to avoid hitting the building head on, i had just enough time to turn the steering wheel slightly causing the vehicle to side swipe the building but it crashed into two parked vehicles. it caused extensive damage to my vehicle and one of the parked vehicles and only slight damage to the third. it appeared that the vehicle accelerated beyond the effort i applied to the gas pedal, it ran away and the application of the brakes had no or little effect in slowing the vehicle. is there, or has there been, reports of similar problems with acceleration problems with the buick enclave, 2015 model ?
