Vehicle buckle latch is jammed/malfunctioning. buckle does not accept latch and poses a severe accident threat to adults/children. both captain chair buckles are affected. normal wear is observed with the vehicle with child restraint car seats in both forward and rear facing, longevity of buckle system with infant car seats is jeopardized and rendered ineffective. buckle mechanism is poorly made with plastic breaking apart. metal prong is observed to be in the out/locked position and does not disengage. previous to jamming buckle was hard to accept a latch.
