Sharp edge on bottom of steering wheel metallic molding caused a injury. a laceration and bleeding occurred. incident occurred while turning. when straightening out of the turn, the steering wheel was sliding past the drivers hands, catching and cutting the skin of the drivers finger. driver nearly lost control of the vehicle after pain caused them to release the wheel from their control.
