Problems with 2018 RAM 3500 SUSPENSION

Vehicle rear end shakes very badly at highway speeds. vehicle also shakes at low speeds but not as badly. dealership replaced both rear outer tires, problem still exists. vehicle passenger seat shakes very badly at highway speeds. at lower speeds the vehicle passenger seat shakes and squeals.

Front steering arm couplers came loose

The brakes are very soft and the truck leans on the drivers side. drivers side rear sits 1 inch lower and the front drivers side is 1/2 lower this leaning issue causes the truck to handle different when turning right while driving.
