Mazda 2007 cx-9 fwd touring model does not operate in snow causing safety concern. if tires start to spin the tcs system shuts off the fuel injectors if the car is going over i think 9 mph. you can shut off the tcs but it automatically engages over 9 mph. what this means is that if you are on a road even with a small amount of snow the car comes to a halt causing a serious safety concern. i have been close to being hit multiple times. there were two instances in 1 inch of snow where i had to park the car because i could not get up minor hills. most cars have the ability to shut off the tcs system but the mazda system automatically engages as i said above. please help. *tr
