Problems with 2012 Jeep Liberty AIR BAGS

On average, the 2012 Jeep Liberty starts to “feel” problems with the AIR BAGS and its various aspects after 52 620 miles.

Recently reported AIR BAGS problems on 2012 Jeep Liberty

The airbag warning light came on 2 weeks ago when i started in up in the morning and will not turn off. i'm worried about my family's safety.

Air bag light is on and is in "limbo" will not deploy if in accident

All my lights are on in dash(check engine, tire pressure, traction control, abs) when this happens my ac doesn't work...the gauages doesn't work. test done by mechanic say communication failed...

Three years ago my daughter was driving my jeep. she had a front end collision with a building. the air bag did not deploy. she literally drove inside the building. now my current complaint is that suddenly the airbag light is coming on and going off randomly.

My daughter was run off the road in her jeep liberty on a highway going about 70mph.. she hit a guard rail and rolled the jeep. the only air bag that deployed was the steering wheel one and it only came out after she stopped rolling. none of the other airbags deployed!!! thankfully she is only bruised all over her body. her seatbelt is what saved her. luckily that worked. i have contacted jeep about this and haven't heard back yet.

Im writing to see if my vehicle still qualify for the recall and the jeep is experience all the descriptions that are posted.

Takata recall i have been told by the jeep dealerships that they have not been given the product needed to replace these defective airbags in my car. i do not feel safe letting family members or myself drive this car with the potential of the faulty airbag deploying. we need this car fixed because we need it to drive.

Started my 2012 jeep liberty and started to pull out, airbag light came on. as i pulled from a parking lot onto a street the drivers side airbag deployed. no accident or collision of any type.

All of the dashboard lights are on. speedometer, odometer, gps, automatic door lock, remote start, cruise control, none of that works. tire pressure warning lights are constantly flashing different pressures. everything lights up upon starting and stays on while moving until it's turned off. this initially happened when i was driving on a highway, and my first reaction was that i didn't have any brakes. it was quite frightening. subsequent to that the lights would go on and off intermittently, but after a few months they are now permanently on. the dashboard also makes a ping noise every minute or so. i purchased the car in 2017 and this had not been a problem until a few months ago. the known danger is in not knowing how fast i am going. the unknown danger is could the brakes at some point not work, or if i become involved in an accident will the air bags not deploy or will the engine at some point just stop running. i have been told it could be a faulty tipm. i also have a 2008 jeep ...
