Stability control. the stabilitrack warning appears. all of the gauges go to zero, the power locks engage and disengage, the engine revs and the driver loses control of the truck. this is an extremely dangerous problem. the dealership can't find anything wrong because no codes are showing. this needs to be a major recall. it's a common problem, google it and see how many people have the same issue with no resolution. force gm to address and resolve this known issue.

After being stopped with engine off and emergency brake engaged, started engine, disengaged emergency brake and accelerated. significant vibration in the rear of the truck. took vehicle to chevrolet/gmc dealership and was advised that the rear wheel cylinders were leaking and needed to be replaced after only 43500 miles. this incident followed an issue on 11-29-12 where the throttle position sensor malfunctioned and the engine ran very rough and the truck was difficult to stop. *tr

The parking brake light turns on randomly, when just starting the vehicle, when just sitting in the parkinglot before moving, while driving, but mainly while slowing down....while using the brakes. i have taken it to the dealership 4 or 5 times now, and they cant reproduce the problem in their shop, so they dont know how to fix it. it is getting worse now. flashing and dinging when slowing down on the highway, or when going down hill. i am worried that it may trigger something, like the brakes. the dealership has worked with me, still "trying" to fix even after my warantee has expired. i also have the dash crack issue too .and is very concerning being on the rim of the air bag .this needs to be looked into and not wait til something bad happens. be proactive, not reactive.
