Obstructed view out of windshield on passenger side. the wiper only covers 2/3rds of the passenger side of windshield. in snow and ice storm conditions the passenger side wiper is not functional and because a visibility safety issue. also the passenger side of windshield does not defrost and is a contributing factor to the wiper blade not clearing the windshield. reported to dealer who replace wiper blades but this does not correct the defroster issue or the wiper safety visibility problem on the passenger side during a storm rain or snow etc. *tr
