Takata recall i have made numerous attempts with the dealer to remedy this; dealer "cannot get parts/waiting on parts". ford has given authority for me to have a rental car, but i am paying on my ford fusion, that is a hazard to passengers. this is unacceptable! honda and toyota owners seem to have had first preference in this matter.

Takata recall - the ford dealership located at 18255 beach blvd in huntington beach, ca has refused to assist with getting the front passenger airbag fixed per the recall. every time i call, they direct me to ford headquarters to file a complaint. according to ford, they have no plan in place to do anything regarding the front passenger airbag recall, and there is no eta on when this will be replaced. i have been trying since feb 2017 to get this fixed with help.

Takata recall should be resolved immediately via auto dealer sam galloway ford, fort myers, fl due to the fact vehicle is exposed to high heat, high humidity conditions. yet, since january 2017 they have done nothing. and still refuse to repair and/ or replace affected airbag. this should not be an out of pocket expense to vehicle owner. tk holdings inc. civil lawsuit should not affect vehicle owner because airbag defect may cause serious injury and/ or death.
