Tl*the contact owns a 2006 ford fusion. while driving 35 mph on a wet road, the vehicle was struck on the front passenger side. the air bags failed to deploy. the vehicle sustained minor damages. the contact also stated that she crashed head on into the side of a u-haul truck. the air bags failed to deploy again. the vehicle sustained major damage. there were no injures in either crash. ford has not been notified. the vin was unavailable. the current mileage was 47,000 and failure mileage was 26,000.
Dt*: the contact stated the vehicle was involved in a crash while driving 65 mph, and the air bags did not deploy. the driver incurred a nasal fracture, head and muscular injuries. a police report was taken, and the vehicle was considered a total loss. the vehicle was not inspected by a dealer after the crash.
Have recently iced numerous recall notices and all i get from the dealer is they don't have any replacement parts. couldn't find any information about complaining except at this site. last information i got was they will have parts in oct on now it's nov.
Takata recall dealer cannot repair. dealer has failed to complete repair.
Takata recall. my passenger side front airbag has still not been fixed and parts are still not available. it is unacceptable this has gone on so long and the dealership still does not have replacement parts.
