01/2016: vehicle was being driven home from work when there was a loss of engine power. vehicle was able to roll to a stop in the parking lot of a church. later it was determined this resulted from failure of #7 cylinder injector unit, believed to have failed due to delamination inside of fuel tank. about 02/23/2014, 207980 miles: fuel tank had been removed and internal screens cleared due to the engine stalling while driving prior to injector failure. internal pick-up tube screens were blocked with delamination material from the inside of the tank. two new fuel pumps had been purchased and installed prior to cleaning the internal pick-up screens. i have receipts for work and parts relating to the fuel system problem. *tr
