Problems with 2018 Ford F-150 SUSPENSION

I was driving and had to come to a quick stop and my brake pedal felt loose like there was no pressure behind it, almost crashed. it felt like the pedal went to the floor

Had a clunking noise while driving and steering felt loose and wandered at times always in motoion. dealership diagnosed as loose control arm bolts parts and tightened. came loose a while after and complained again, said had to order parts. came back wrong parts. came back no time to work on vehicle. went to another dealer. diagnosed, ordered parts, fixed vehicle and now im being told the faulty parts at 12,300 miles on a 12 month old vehicle are not covered under warranty? the first dealer never reported the problem. vehicle was in motion.

Noticed chassis vibration starting at and above 60 mph. dealer attempted various fixes including replacing drive shaft, but vibrations remain
