Recall r03 / nhtsa 14v-373 called golling dealership,bloomfield hills, michigan on 6/9/15 to see if they had parts on hand to fix recall notification. they said yes, so scheduled earliest appointment opening on 6/16/15. on 6/16/15 at the dealer they said they did not have the parts, needed to order, would have in a couple days and they would call me. no call for a week then received a call saying they ran out of parts and needed to reorder. it is now 7/7/15. 4 weeks since first contact with dealer and the car is still not fixed. the dealer now states they are using up parts on a first come basis. i do not believe this dealer is being truthful and am filing a complaint against them. any add you can offer to help get the car fixed would be appreciated.
