I had parked my 2007 dodge charger r/t, and later that night about to leave for work my gear shift was stuck in park. i have tried everything to get it unstuck with no luck. i am very frustrated due to the fact that there was a recall for this issue however my vehicle was not in the time frame for the recall. there have been hundreds of complaints and yet no one has helped us. *tr
I was using the scissor jack on my 2007 dodge charger to place my car on jack stands in order to change the oil. as i was removing the jack stands, the scissor jack failed while the car was raised far enough to remove the jack stand. had i not use jack stands i certainly would have been crushed. i know that many folks do no employ jack stands while working on their cars and this equipment defect certainly has the potential to kill somebody.*tr
Tl*the contact owns a 2007 dodge charger. the contact stated that the air conditioning system does not blow cool air. the vehicle has been taken to the dealer nine times for this failure and they installed a new compressor and made some other repairs, but the failure still persists. the current mileage was 32,000 and failure mileage was 22,000. updated 09/24/08 *bf the consumer also stated there was a problem with the transmission. updated 09/26/08. *jb
This has been an on going problem with my car since i bought it january 2008 i have all paper work on the car. this month alone february 20, 2009 it has been in the shop three times already. it has been in the shop for tire rims, key not working, engine light coming on all the time, stereo, speakers, had another light come on and i had to tow it myself. this is a 2007 dodge charger v6. i need some help on what to do, i drive my children and grand children in this car and i'm scared that i will be stranded some place, you don't know if the car is going to act up or not each day i pay alot of money to have and drive this car and i do not feel safe. *tr
Have to replace brake rotor on 2007 dodge charger with hemi. the rotors have been replaced appro 2 months ago and need replace again. this a police package vehicle. there has been a problem with another department that has or is going to replace rotors on there vehicle. *tr
Shifter made of plastic and breaks have had 3 shifters put in wife's 2007 charger i won't be purchasing any other dodge or chrysler. *tr
