Recall #h07 on 12/30/2013 i went to hurley chrysler dodge deland, florida. the service advisor [xxx] request a fee of $115.00 dollar for the electronic diagnosis on this recall. [xxx] stated it was necessary to determine other technical issues on the car that was not necessary the tire pressure monitoring system. deland aamco serve and repair the car on 12/26/2013 for a cost of 1185.77, however the tire pressure light still on. i was driving to work when the car (engine)suddenly stop. this situation had happened three times. also sometime the car smell like burn wire. i just request an appointment with your national people at the dealership as soon as possible before any mayor accident can happened to me. information redacted pursuant to the freedom of information act (foia), 5 u.s.c. 552(b)(6). *tr

Chrysler sebring 2002, 4-door sedan, v6. both upper rear strut mounts have failed during driving and the car is now undrivable. local dealerships have waiting list for replacement parts. dealership where vehicle was purchased cannot get part from chrysler nor is there an aftermarket part available. the dealership will not offer rental car or remedy since vehicle is out of warranty. chrysler should be issuing a recall based on the number of dealer vehicles waiting for repair!!! *tr updated 02/19/10. *lj updated 07/19/10*jb
