Recently reported FUEL SYSTEM, OTHER problems on 2008 Chrysler Sebring

In august 2010, i bought a 2008 chrysler sebring with only 25,000 miles. now with only 32,000 miles - the throttle part has to be replaced because of stalling and also the computer system has to be replaced. i have read the complaints that the throttle can malfunction and speed up the vehicle! and i have read the complaints that the throttle can stall out the vehicle. why hasn't the throttle part (code p2107) been recalled? i was told that the throttle part is only guaranteed for 1 year. this should be a manufacture defect and chrysler is putting defective throttles on this model of sebring and not taking responsibility for this defect. how many others have had this problem? why doesn't chrysler have a warranty in effect for this problem before more drivers get killed or injured? please respond. *tr
