Tl* the contact owned a 2002 chevrolet trailblazer. while driving and turning, the vehicle hydroplaned and struck a concrete wall head on. the vehicle then veered to the left and struck the center divider twice. the air bags did not deploy. the vehicle was totaled and towed. most of the damage was to the front end of the vehicle and the driver's door could not be closed. the driver sustained bruises where the seat was located. the driver was transported to the emergency room for medical attention. the driver's face was bruised and a cat scan was performed to determine if there were any broken bones, but the tests were negative. the driver also twisted her ankle and there was a little bit of swelling on her knee. a police report was filed. the manufacturer wanted to visit the contact's home to examine the vehicle and find out why the air bags did not deploy. the dealer was not contacted. the cause of the failure was not determined. the failure mileage was unknown.

Lucky to be alive. on 4 14 2019 while driving 65mph on 101 freeway in thousand oaks california, a pickup truck veered into my lane. when i moved over to avoid the pickup both side airbags went off with a bang filling car with powdery cloud. my left ear popped from the loud bang but i was able to get off on the shoulder. called 911 and ca highway patrol came out and did a report. both officers had never seen anything like it. there was no impact to the car and the chp took multiple pictures of the exterior. milage on the car at time of accident was 117,873 . chp cutaway the airbags and my father came out and drove it home and then to auto shop to evaluate. seat belt also stopped working now that airbags deployed. really terrifying experience.

It bag for front driver light is on do not know why? there is some kind of electrical short and i've had it checked by two companies cannot find it i've had new battery, new alternator and still car stops working i get car jumped and can put key in ignition to try to start car and when i shut car off too soon or why i try to start car it's not working and then i cannot get key out of the ignition this has happened at least 5 times car only has 84883 miles on it this happenes if front of house when i go to start car. i am listing last time this happened was today but the airbag for the drivers side is always on now for about 5 months
All of sudden my tail gate will not open unless the vehicle is running and i hit the unlock button 5 or more times and then at times that doesn't work also my airbag light starting blinking and now it won't go off. i called about a recall and was told there wasn't one for this problem but on line it showed it was. my case number is 4864379595 i am going threw cancer treatments and need my vehicle please let me know if this is under recall as i can't pay right now to get it fixed.
