My tahoe just started to have a vibration issues at speeds for 60 to 75mph the whole cabin shakes and also a wind noise coming from the roof at speeds at 80 mph or higher my mileage is 21000 i get headaches when driving my chevy tahoe. *tr
The dashboard on our 2015 chevrolet tahoe lt has large cracks extending from the middle of the dash to the instrument panel.
Water infiltration into the driver/passenger compartments soaking the electrical system/headliner & dripping down into the interior on at least two occasions and video taped by my wife. the 2nd occurrence was 'after' the vehicle went to the dealer to be fixed for this very issue. these instances happened during rain storms, believe once while driving & once while parked in our driveway. i am unsure of the service repair dates for these instances but believe it was in april/may/june of 2016, these service records were sent to the minnesota attorney general in a claim i filed in june 2016, of which that claim is being addressed by paul mueller of the consumer services division. previous to my filing with the atty gen i attempted negotiatins with gm, of which a gm case number was created. i purchased this vehicle new and after the water pouring in i'm very concerned with safety issues as i have had a tahoe burn due to water infiltration, of which was determined by state farm insurance. i'm very concerned with safety, i'm very concerned with future costs to fix anything these occurrences have caused, and, these instances have greatly reduced resale value of this new vehicle. i want gm to either replace this vehicle, or, give me a lifetime warranty for this vehicle for as long as we own it.
I have had this vehicle since june 2015 and had the tahoe with autonation chevy on several occassions. at one point it was there for almost 3 months. the front of the vehicle shakes at 77 mph on the highway. the entire front end shakes. they have changed the motor mounts, rear tires and they have aligned vehicle. they have found nothing. they offered to do a buy back but of course with a loss to me and i feel this is not my problem. i did not build the vehicle. now after to speaking to the new service manager at my dealership they say there is an engineering defect. please fix it is all i ask of chevy. can you please help???
Wind noise, cab buffeting
My 4 wheel drive transfer case makes a high pitched noise when it is in 4auto and 4 high. gm told me this is a characteristic of the tranfer case thats installed in my suv. not all transference make this noise, the tahoe loaner car does not make this noise. my bothers 2015 silverado made the same noise in 4 auto and high
Wind noise and buffeting in cab driving distraction
Bad vibration at speeds between 60 to 75 mph ( gm dealer has had car 3 times and replaced tires, road forced balanced, checked alignment with no success ) ; wind noise and buffeting inside car with all windows in the up position at speeds from 35 mph and up causing dizziness and nausea on longer rides. exterior door plastic fascia becomes loose and falls off due to metal clip breaking off at the attachment point.
Significant wind and pressure buffeting, noise and vibration at speeds above 35 mph. it is especially bad when a rear window is open or partially open.
