Takata recall- i was driving and someone ran a stop sign and hit the vehicle on the drivers side door. leaving the other cars emblem embedded in the drivers side door. then continue to drag the vehicle. the entire drivers side is wrecked including the tire being turned in under the car.the drivers window shattered all over me but no airbags deployed.

I've gotten notice's in the past about my air bags, and each time i have tried to make appointments to get this matter taken care of i've never gotten an response.how can i get this matter taken care of when i can't get confirmation of service available or loaner vehicle if it is going to take more than an few hour's. my srs light stays on at all times
