I purchased this vehicle a week ago, i used the emergency brake which i use when i park in my driveway because it's slanted. well after the first time i disengaged it went to drive and heard a weird noise when coming to a stop which only got worse. i brought it back to the dealer to find out that the e-brake never fully disengaged on the right side only. i was able to get the entire assembly replaced but now i'm not comfortable using the e brake at all out of fear it will destroy another assembly. also since i got it back i have noticed weird electrical issues like all my 12v sockets are out or i come to a stop at a red light 2 car lengths away and all my blind spot sensors go off for like 30 seconds then stop.
