There is or was no failure or crash , but what it sounds like there might be one on the recall of my volvo v70 station wagon 2002 because of a possible malfunctioning software in the electronic throttle system . the recall notice came from volvo cars of north america, llc. i need some more information on this to see just how urgent and serious i should take priority to get my car in to see a volvo service center to get it fixed, because this could be just a way of getting a one half hour labor charge out of people if my car does not contain the recall problem. *tr
