Problems with 2007 Volvo S60 VEHICLE SPEED CONTROL

Etm ( electronic throttle module) did not work properly. engine management system did not correspond to fuel and air ratio accordinly. so the car jumps even with lthe release of brake in a undue fashion and hit the car in front.

Driving car at 75 mph with cruise control set on. car decelerated and down shifted through each gear and then the engine shut off. this occurred two times. there was another instance of the same parameters but the car started to accelerate its own and when shifted the transmission into neutral the engine ran to redline. pulled the car off to the side of the road and turned off the engine. restarted the car and the engine went immediately to redline. after that the car ran fine for 2 days then the deceleration issue happened again. *tr
