2004 volvo s60 ignition key failure: key refused to turn car will not start. car will not go in to neutral. car must be abandoned occupants must seek transportation. first occurrence april 17th 2008. second occurrence july 5th. 2010. car towed to dealer and ignition lock replaced both times. total cost $1662.48. *tr
