My car 2004 vw passat almost gett on fire front passander seat have start to burn but was ok after i shutt off the car after that now i can drive but the seat its demaged

Standing water in driver side and rear driver side area.

Takata recall coolant flench leaking, air valve cover came off( leaking) and water pump, timing belt and thermostat not working, cannot smog car. engine troubleshooting light comes back on all the time.

My vehicle has been nothing but a nightmare! first the thermostat housing broke got that fixed and then everything else went down hill! oil pressure light started going and then it started overheating. the hoses all break and leak the coolant out plus the transmission code p742 which the transmission is stuck off is on . i can't afford the car worst car ever. it is fine if idle but once your driving everything starts beeping and when i'm turning you hear a noise on the side that your turning!

10-30-08(40,350 miles) my mechanic replaces #1 coil due to computer code alert 11-25-08(40,420 miles) replaced #3 ignition coil & temp sensor by vw dealer due to engine light on. 3-12-09(44,965) replace #4 ignition coil as malfunction indicator light came on, car chugged/hesitated. complained to vw corporate, was reimbursed. 3-16-09(45,100 miles) replace # 2 coil by my mechanic at my request as given the history i feared it would malfunction 11-28-09(53,631 miles)all 4 coils replaced by vw with different model coil due to recall 11-24-10(65,794) replace engine speed sensor and #1 & #2 coils by vw due to epc light coming on. fault in computer stated # 1 & # 2 coils misfiring. vw paid for coil replacement. *ln

Odor entering the passenger compartment through the ventilation system when the recirculation button for the a/c is turned off. the local dealer attempted, with our success, 5 times to fix the problem. i am concerned that the odor will have health implications. *jb
