Car engine just died while in drive, usually while slowing down and coming to a stop. when brought in for repair, a fuel engine was replaced. two weeks later the problem began occurring again. another part was replaced. four months later, the problem has returned. the engine starts to shake will in idle with foot on break. and then shuts off.
I was on my way to work at 3 am i jumped on the freeway and my vehicle lost acceleration and started sputtering back and forth i was able to pull aside to get away from the freeway the car then sped up on its own i put my foot on the pedal to see if i could slow it down it then drove normal about a block away from the freeway back toward my home it lost power again while driving very scary i noticed an epc light go on and off 2 times while driving when i finally got it home i turned the car in the on position and noticed the epc light staying on thank you for your time
Hybrid emotor (electronic traction motor ) fails at 100k miles . can cause sudden failure and fire. vw does not consider this part as pzev and does not follow california pzev law.
While driving on the overpass the car cutoff almost hit from behind by a dump truck would not crank back up for 7 minutes. airbag light on show malfunction of airbag
Vehicle has another fuel rail issue. this was part of a couple of recalls and the vehicle was "repaired" in the past by vw. however, the fuel rail has failed again and vw will not honor the recalls or pay for the repair. this known defect is a safety hazard and can cause the vehicle to catch on fire. see recalls #24bi which was replaced by #24bl.
I have notice since purchasing the car it has issues with mileage and correct has to mileage. i spoke with be when first getting it and the service worker acknowledged the issue but did not fix it. it is still a problem now. you can fill the tank up go a mile down the street and it will say you have driven 30 miles. even when the vehicle is in park it will say you are driving at least 2 miles per hour. i have a video that better places the situation as well. this vehicle also have the cd player run hot, the lighter ports do not work again, and the antifreeze light has come on every year since purchasing this car. i feel there is something wrong electrically and engine wise.
While idle car rumbles and shakes, while accelerating or decelerating car shakes (front end). my fueling system is terrible it seems as if gas sometimes doesn't get to my car it stales very often while driving or braking and accelerating again. terrible electrical problems. trunk will not open front light and brake lights work when they want to. when the heater is on it makes loud noise and tick even with the a/c on it does the same thing. while turning it stales and then take off really fast.
2019 vw jetta gti autobahn manual transmission stalls or loses engine power randomly. for me, it has happened several times in 5th or 6th gear when taking my foot off of the gas and coasting, the car will choke and feels as though fuel is cutoff and the engine cannot generate power. this is temporary, and shifting again and giving a little gas eventually things go back to normal. however, i'm concerned something is malfunctioning and more importantly at highway speeds this could be dangerous as it's sudden and expected.
After fueling car will not start. also fuel line appears to be hanging
Abs module has failed. fuel pump has failed. 3 door lock modules have failed. radio has failed. fuel pump issues caused battery drain issues.
