I drive a 2010 vw golf tdi. it has been used as a work vehicle just to drive back and forth for all of its life except recently and kept extremely clean on the inside. the rear seat belts have only been used for the last 3 months when my daughter moved into a toddler seat. the rear passenger seat belt is defective and will not wind back up now being unusable. *tr
Front seat head restraints (headrests) are tilted forward so aggressively that driving ability is impaired, and significant ergonomic discomfort results from vw's interpretation of this nhtsa requirement. please adjust your requirements to reflect a better balance between safety and drivabilty. thank you. *tr
