Back up camera system faulty per volkswagon dealerships and internet- volkswagon customer care views as a radio and not a safety issue.

Steering wheel clock spring broke. no horn or function buttons working along with the airbag.

Takata recall on november 11, 2017, i took my car to tony volkswagen in waipahu, hawaii to replace the takata air bags. it took one whole year for their service department to get the part and get back to me. terrible service. on august 3rd, 2018, i received a takata recall again saying it was not replaced. the name of the service advisor was 51448 aaron chan from tony volkswagen in waipahu hawaii. this is my complaint. it was never replaced in the first place. unethical and fraudulent!!! i could have gotten into an accident all this time thinking it was fixed.

My vehicle start with the problem at 33kmiles. now i'm at 37kmiles and it's happening daily. after starting the vehicle and putting it on drive, the brake will not work properly and started making a screeching noise. all of the warning lights on the dashboard lit up, the message center shows error with airbag, abs brake, vehicle stabilization...etc. i am afraid for my life, this vehicle is not safe to drive. i would stop and turn off the engine and restart the vehicle, sometimes that reset the lights and other times that does not help. the biggest concern is the brakes noises and the power steering gets unstable, and afraid the airbag might not work properly in case of an accident. i just update the airbag from the last recall. i can't drive with my baby in the car because of the issues.

The car is stalling upon accelerating while in motion and at a stop it jerks back and forth. the car shakes when accelerating and putters even when the car is stationary.

My horn,my air bag and all controls in steering wheel are not working.i took it to vw service center & they quoted me $948 for a new clock spring.hasnt this part been recalled? it's a lease and that's insane, this is the second time this has happened
