The seat belt indicator light on the dash has come on 2x when my seat belt has been on. the sound will stop after several miles but the light stays on for the whole trip. it happened the 1st time in roughly september & then november 9th
While driving and coming to a slow stop at a stop sign. the middle row right side seat disengaged while child and car seat in the seat and flung forwarded and into the back of the front passenger seat.
